At last this long day is done In the dark I turn inward Trying to forget Drifting into nothingness In deep sleep, no memories

I can relate to this, Barbara. A good deep sleep can work wonders, but I find that I don't sleep well if I stay up too late! ~ Regards // paul

Ah the sweet escape of a good night's rest. You did a great job with this, and it is nicely written...I always struggle with these short forms. -G
