How to make the deadly seem less murderous,
ICBM, AIDS, HIV,

ICBM, AIDS, HIV,
ICBM, AIDS, HIV...
Acronyms make the fatal commonplace,
Eviscerate the emotion, like machine code,
Surgically remove  the humanity...
DOA, MIA, CCF,
DOA, MIA, CCF,
DOA, MIA, CCF,
DOA, MIA, CCF...
Pretty soon nothing will be real,
And fear will be devoured by letters,
We will smile by the bonfires...
CJD, FAM, ME,
CJD, FAM, ME,
CJD, FAM, ME.
Alphabetic fragments of bite-sized tragedy,
Easy to swallow?
Or maybe not...
FSD, USA - FU!
