Instead
She keeps telling herself that things will change,
instead of making the change herself.
She keeps crying for someone to take away her tears,
instead of taking advantage of the one who cares.
She keeps pushing him away,
instead of being straight forward.
She keeps hurting him,
instead of pleasing him.
He doesn't deserve her.
He can do so much better.
He needs someone else,
instead of the girl like her.
