Inspired By Nirvana On Fire Ii

I'm too tired to fight
I'm too tired to hold on
I think its time
I let it all go
Forget duty, loyalty and cause
All the things that once meant everything

I used to think
If i lived with a clear conscience
Every one could tell my intentions
And life would be fair and kind
But those shadows plot against me
Turn my sincerity into arrogance

All I have offered is my loyalty
My unwavering loyalty
They say the heart is treacherous
So they tear apart mine
For the comfort of my dreams
This time, I'm really too tired

So I cast away my swords and seal
The banner and cause I have always served
I will give them what they want
And in return
I will take what is left of me
And head to the mountains
Where all my worries are mundane
