Inspiration

As you stand there before me,
And I try not to stare,
And I wonder if you see me,
As I see you standing there,

Those lustrous locks of flax brown hair,
Cascading in curls like a waterfalls descent,
Framing your beautiful face,
Like a Caravaggio faced in wooden frame.

As we sit and talk in quiet tones,
Your sweet voice carries,
Like the wind through the trees,
A message so sweet sounding to my ears,

And then we dance,
Emotion rises like a bonfire against the autumn sky,
Two people moving with one intention,
Relaxed breathing softly closing
