Innocent
Pure, a virgin
Smelling of light,
Softest light,
Playing on shadows,
Hovering on the pines,
Inspiring, stirring,
Hoping…
Life mellows,
As the sun softens
The heart, the soul
Lays dazzled,
Frazzled,
On the edge of insanity,
Boasting of hurts,
In shadows…
Pure, a virtuous thought,
Sentiments of light,
Poured out on the truth,
Light, portrayal
Of faith, blended with grace,
Memories fading…
Life ages,
The heart, the soul,
Trembling in shadows,
Sands soft, shallow
Seas, tossing liquid,
Urgent to be,
A piece of the peace,
Inside the maze…
Shadows fade…
Just fade.
