Indifference

" The height of inhumanity " Indifference is not a form of love or hate Certainly not a matter of loyalty or trust A shapeless entity with tentacles not seen That eats its victims up and spits them out There is no compromise with an empty enemy Lost in the storm of its own indulgences There is no direction home with no foundation The pinnacle of inhumanity towards others Indifference retains the ugly name from its inception Enveloped in evil by stone cold logic to the grave Rushing headlong with pain and suffering caused Into the depths of hell where it belongs Remains another word forever lost
