Incineration of Love God Madan (Cupid) 25 Originally written in Hindi by my late father Dr. Amar Nath Kapoor 1899 to 1994. The work was written in Hindi somewhere around 1965-70. Editing and English version by Ravindra K Kapoor. Hindi Title ‘Madan Dahan’ 25 He robbed the auspicious honor, Of so many innocent women, His deeds are destroying His very existence now. Rati* said he performed his duty, Given by his creator, Maya, In performing of which, he, Is being burnt by you, O dear Lord. He was only fulfilling the wishes of Maya, And is being punished for that, He only performed his given task, Like a loyal servant, O dear Lord. Ravindra Kanpur India 16th May 2012 To continue….. Rati* was trying to influence Lord Shiva to show mercy on her husband Madan ( Cupid). Ravindra
