In Your Shirt

I languish
in my comfort
wearing a old
shirt
you wore out
a long time ago

i smile to myself
thinking
how you don't
know ....

what...or who
i am...

you seem
so very certain
and
you think you know
me

and you smile....

and i smile....

yet i am inert
in my somnolence
living in your old
shirt

and......as i sleep
renewing my antimation
in your shirt...

and in my dreams
i continue to smile...
and you smile....
