When Vlad was just a little lad, he learned to charm and lie, played with his army and thought ‘I want to rule the world.’ Elsewhere other leaders likewise follow the same plan.

I guess so. Can only think of J.B. Pritzker, Illinois' governor who thinks he's Robin Hood. Sure glad he doesn't wear pink tights. lol.
