In This Dream
I've been wanting to tell you
About this dream i've been having
It's about a boy and a girl
That I thought I knew
And the sun in the background
Foresighted by our silhouettes
It might be you
It might be her
One thing is for sure
I know it's me
We're sitting on the balcony
Smiling and laughing
Wearing the rings of commitment
And each other we're loving
It's so perfect, so serine
I don't want to wake up
There's waves and scenery
And the look in your eyes
I stare so deeply
As we both say
"I love you"
Then He walks in
A fight breaks out
All who care are beginning to shout
One of us is dead
From a blow to the head
It's him, the ex, I've killed in the bed
As the police arrive
I run and hide
Bringing you with me I know we can survive
But then words spilled out
Of your mouth they came
"He wasn't my ex I cheated on him
You killed my boyfriend what have I done?
I don't know what to do now
I only have one"
These words you said
They would be your last
I'm going to kill you
Won't stop til you're dead
This is what happens, occurs in my dream
So now I know whose name I scream
It's hers, I won't tell
But let this be a warning
Don't cheat, lie, or steal from me
I will be your ending
