In This Chaotic Sea Of Humanity

The chances that I would meet you,
in this chaotic sea of humanity,
were thinner than a whisper on the wind,
yet somehow—your eyes found mine.

Among strangers with fleeting faces,
you stood still, like a lighthouse burning
through fog and confusion—
a soul I must have known before time began.

Every heartbeat before you was noise,
a restless tide, a meaningless current.
But when your hand brushed mine,
the noise quieted into music.

How strange, how cruelly beautiful—
that in this endless storm of existence,
where souls drift and vanish without reason,
I found you.

And if fate is but a cruel mathematician,
let her try to count again—
for love like ours is not chance,
it is the universe remembering itself.
