In the Mood

Who's sung "I'm in the Mood for Love?"
   Then again -- Who hasn't?

Who's announced, "I'm in the mood for pizza!"
   Perhaps, rather -- Who hasn't?

Who's proclaimed, "I'm in the mood for a drink or two!"
   Then again -- Who hasn't?

Who hasn't thought, "I'm in the mood for a dental appointment!"
   Perhaps, rather -- Who has?

Who hasn't felt, "I'm in the mood for a record-breaking snowstorm!"
   Then again -- Who has?

Who hasn't mused, "I'm in the mood for a lecture on discipline!"
   Perhaps, rather -- Who has?

                    **********

Who hasn't said, "I'm in the mood to go to work!"
   Then again -- Who has?
       ~ And why not?

Pizza is an all-time favorite. Enjoyed your Q&A, Gershon. Without intention, I find myself writing questions in verse as well. Hope you're not too upset by the snowstorm!
