In the Midst of A Desert
There is A Cup
but, Only Few
will Pick It Up

Some, Won’t Even
Take A Sip
They do Other Things
With Cracked Lips …

Mean-Heat Things
Burnt-Obscene
Things, that Dry
A Heart of Dreams

Sap Their Strength
And Slowly Wither
They’d Rather Crawl
And Slowly Slither

on Grains of Hate
causing Drought
… The Cup of Love
They Do Without …
