In the Illusion

Is everything an illusion?
Am I an illusion?
Are you an illusion?
Wish the world around me an illusion

Everything is blurry
Fireflies everywhere
I see when I look up
At the bright sky
Am I in illusion?

Feels like someone
Watching me all the seconds
No one there
When I turn around
Only me standing alone
Am I in illusion?

A familiar voice
From a distance
Calling my unknown name
I hear sometimes
Wonder if that's you
Am I in illusion?

I have been breathing in the illusion
The illusion I created in my mind
You who came from the illusion
You are an illusion too
And so am I

I built a home
A small cozy wooden home
For us
In the illusion
To write our own beautiful story

Head spinning around
Not drunk not drugged
Woozy walk
In the directionless road
So tired
Eyelids half closed
Your brown eyes in front of mine

The illusion slowly swallowing me
But it doesn't matter anymore
I will be a free soul
I will be I
You will be you
In the illusion

No one can't find us
In the illusion
We can live together in the illusion
So let's get lost in the illusion

Your poem is just amazing. I lost myself while reading your poem. I loved each and every word you wrote.
