In the House of the Bad Man
We’ve been in the house of the bad man, we’ve been in the house of the good.
Broken bread with the good man and watched the bad man chew his meat with blood.
We’ve danced and sang with the good man and bruised our knuckles with the bad. Listened to the dreams and stories of the good man and heard the evil cries of the bad.
We’ve seen the bad side of the good man and seen some good within the bad. For both are present in the mirror in my house. Two sides, two eyes look back… which one looking is the good man and which one looking is the man of bad?
