In the Far Off Corners

In the far off corners where the light does not quite reach, dark scales of gray enable the subconscious to journey into unbelievable dimensions. A high-pitched tone of pure silence grows insanely loud; acid covers the palette as phobia of loneliness suffocates. Tunneled vision from the corner of the eye, witnesses’ unexplained movements, the room manifests a chill while the mind scurries for a logical explanation to calm to nerves. With pounding fear, courage of sanity allows that deep breath to be taken, enabling the head to turn towards the movements. Surprisingly, there are only the dark gray scales, where the light does not quite reach in the far off corners.
