clever, nostalgic free verse. Gosh I remember those songs...nothing violent in them...easy to dance to and usually made us smile. My favorite from back in the day was the Monster Mash :-)

Memories of old songs still alive within us. High school dances were the best. Too timid to ask girls to dance. Enjoyed this entertaining poem. Don
