In the Blink of An Eye
In the blink of an eye
In the time it takes to
Take one breath and
Then another-we go
From love to hate and
Back again.
Our love is like a roller costar
Soaring ever upwards to the sky
And then plunging back to earth
In a flash of hate and regret
Leaving us both dazed and confused.
Such is the never ending fine
Line between love and hate.
