In Springtime's Brilliancy

In springtime's brilliancy,
I wandered free
and leisurely
beside a tranquil sea.
Birds’ melody -
a sweet discovery!
A willow tree
with leaves all silvery
became a canopy
to shelter me
as happily,
I wrote my poetry.

If you seek company, in that sweet tree, choose me, because I'm frolic as can be! Congratulations

Great place to write poetry Andrea. Might have to settle for a few pot plants and a pond myself - at least when it gets warmer. Congratulations on your win! :-)
