In Praise of Your Beauty

My pen can not draw the beauty of Your glory My voice can not sing the melody of Your story My vision can not explain the vividness of Your beauty My hands can not paint the beauty of Your grandeur Only poetry can feel a ray of that beauty and light Which inspires us to imagine, sing a song or write O you Almighty, Omnipresent God We can not even define, O the best, among the most sublime But, we can feel Your presence in the beauty of a Rainbow In the enchanting colors of butterflies In the wings of a dancing peacock, when it flies them high while adoring your Beauty sublime In the petals of every flower, when they open to show it to the sky In the melody of a native song, when it floats in the breeze And allures our heart like the Pied Piper of Hamelin We feel your presence, when the Moon shines in the heaven And Sun with all its majesty and warmth Return our hopes by illuminating every morning, our dawns You exist in every particle of earth and every where in universe We can not even imagine and can not define Without believing You O Divine, We find your presence in every smallest molecule of atom But, we can not even imagine the endless stretch of your existence In Moon, Sun, Planets, Stars, and Universe And in many Universes beyond Universe, galaxies beyond galaxies White holes* beyond black* holes We also can not image, O Omnipresent God The endless limits of your presence and beauty And the beauty of your presence In the endless beginning of every substance And in the origin of human race from that beginning Our counting’s fails, our imaginations becomes pale We find ourselves looming and looming And find ourselves again in the beginning The Light comes only when we feel your presence In the glory of Your light sublime Which again brings confidence, kindness and love To live a life full of hopes, faith, devotion and trust While shedding the seeds of hatred And trying to make this our only most precious earth And the only place to live among our entire learning’s A beautiful place to live, share each others joy’s and sorrows And to spread knowledge, peace, kindness and love. Ravindra Kanpur India 12th December 2009 White holes * beyond Black* holes * a White hole is the hypothetical time reversal of a Black hole. While a black hole acts as an attractor, drawing in any matter that crosses the event horizon, a white hole acts as a source that ejects matter...

Great depth in this write, I love it. Black holes or white holes, only the God of which you speak, re-cycling His forms into new particles of love in which to rebuild with. Smile, Sincerely, Moses

A lovely rendition in praise of God. Indeed we feeble humans cannot conceive of the immensity of God. We can only try.. You have made a commendable effort in your words. Thank you for your kind comments on my poem. Love, Joyce

It is a very sensitive poem. I feel a lot of love and appreciation for God, for this earth and its inhabitants. I believe it is a `white hole`. Your style is original, Ravindra, and I really appreciate it. Keep writing, Florentina.
