In Praise of Failure

I was unable To see his face
                          I was unsure
All I remembered Is his voice
                         Soft and gentle
"Little one, please Tell me something
                         In praise of Failure."
I stood there, silently Without any intention
                       To reply him back
And in my mind I was composing
                        A thousand words
For a world, undivided With hope and peace
                      For every single soul
For me, for him For all forgotten souls
                     In darkness and despair
We must praise failure We must do so
                      As failure teaches us
To rise again and Face all the odds
                       Fail and fail better.
