In My Verses Our Memories I Preserved

When I wonder in those days counting look Smelling love's scent ever painted leaves hold In barren variation i did took A stem from the tree that never grows old. Against present hours do i fortify The urge to reveal grace of such account That none of their faces can home my life For memories alone they can't surmount. Lo, to save remembrance of youthful love Let fixed mind remind through eyes what i sight My sweetest escape when I'm left with sobs This is a small tribute i wrote tonight. Time so fast can't take what black ink lays still In my verses our love saved without ill.
