In My Frame of Mind
i'm painting a picture
in my frame of mind
a little bit abstract
outside of the lines
hoping it looks
like what i find
the thoughts in my head
i've colored over time
i'll sign my name
so i'll know who i am
for later in life
in case i forget
i'll paint the view
on the back of my hand
so if i lose a clue
i can wave where i'm at
with my mind blowing free
as i'm passing the time
