In My Bed I'M Lost

In my bed,
I'm lost.

eyes to another universe
where kaleidoscopes
collide in hopes
of creating bliss.

my spirits blurred.
my heart drained.

happy
but lost.
sad
and lost.

The Midnight Birds
chirp to the screeching
of my mind losing itself.

And I have lost.
