In Memory of Anne Frank

We remember her in blue skies.
She searched her young heart for answers.
She focused on beauty and hope,
with wisdom for all the world.
She searched her young heart for answers.
Her courage shone through her words
with wisdom for all the world,
and a spirit beyond her age.
Her courage shone through her words.
She focused on beauty and hope,
and a spirit beyond her age.
We remember her in blue skies.

A Pantoum

My first Pantoum. I was so surprised. It practically wrote itself.

I have read about this young lady (Anne Frank) who made it to world history through her diary. Thus, I can relate with your pen. Very well written. Congrats on your well deserved win Suz. AO

Lovely words Suzanne and as long as people like you remember she will live in all our hearts. All the little girls and boys from all the wars should live in our hearts. Then one day they will call for a war and no one will come.

Suz - I am so out to lunch on forms. This doesn't need to adhere to anything - on its own, it captures innocence, inspiration and bravery. A true beauty in all senses. love, Kathy

It's so nice when it happens that way and the poems write themselves. Way to do your first pantoum!!

Your effort here is fruitful .repetitive lines gives a musical effect. Very beautiful poetry style. May I try one later? Your theme is very nice " we remember her in blue skies" Without saying in her youth. Beatiful Love and hugs
