In Life

In life there are people that will hurt u and cause u pain,
but u must learn to forgive and forget and not hold grudges.

there are mistakes u will make,
but u must learn from your wrongs and grow from them.

there are regrets u will have to live with, 
but u must learn to leave the past behind and realize it is something u can't change.

there are people u will loose forever and can't have back,
but u must learn to let go and move on

there are going to be obstacles that will cause interference,
but u must learn to overcome these challenges and grow stronger.

there are fears that will hold u back from what u want,
but we must learn to fight them with the courage from within.

God holds your lives in his hands. He holds the key to your future. 
he knows your fate. 

So just Breathe in the fresh air, 
Put your mind at ease
Do things which put smile on your face 
Coz u r beautiful 
U r amazing 
Love yourself 
Don't hurt yourself 
U have alot to do 
U just can't stop your journey coz of one bad experience, coz of one bad thing happened to u ,coz of one heartbreak ..
Just stand up and stand alone and find your own way ,the way of happiness, the way u love to walk on

Harleen Kataria November 5, 2020 at 11:15 PM obviously ,we can't forget the pain that someone has given us but we should let it go because it affects us mentally and we learn from our past so that it won't affect our present!!??

Silent One November 5, 2020 at 1:59 AM I find it easier to forgive than forget, because sometimes if we forget, these people can do the same thing... Great poem Harleen..
