In Lake' Ch - ("i Am Another Yourself")
Not so different you and I
Not in our idiosyncrasy
or synchronicity
the journey begins and ends the same.
Zygots and corpse
separated by a blip in time,
a blink of the eye,
a minuscule moment.
Its a September song
that haunts me now
so much began and ended
in the fall of the year.
It was such a fall
and not free, for it haunts
like a phantom limb.
Its my heart, you see.
Beginnings, births and goodbyes.
I am another
out of the ether
traded for finite dust.
