In Her Sights

while the rest
of the world
vanished
she zeroed in
on her target
had him in her sights
nothing else existing

he froze
knowing all too well
he was snared

she ravaged him
he had no say
entrapped
guilty of the charm
he exuded
in spite of himself

I love it that he was guilty of the "charm he exuded". Poor guy! Ha!
