“we look for that light eternal  that does not come and go  the screen upon which life plays cognised in staid stillness slow” - the contest sponsor's quote. People these days can seem to always be on the go. If our lives were televised, what about us would folks know? People might not be aware of the light on God’s big screen, but even deeds in darkness done are by the angels seen. If we could only slow things down and think of things we’ve done, we could in a moment be knowing actions we must shun. How we can improve ourselves we ought to contemplate, and darkness from the good Lord’s light we then can separate. In evil hearts, the light of God will not there abide. Let yourselves not into the realm of darkness slide. God’s light of love won’t vanish. It is charity divine. Dwell inside it knowing evermore that it will shine.

Oh your words, dear beautiful Andrea! They are just so profound and spiritually rich, expressing a deep essence of emotions wherein, the light of the divine possesses all healing powers and glory. So stunningly you've described that in a powerful manner which makes the readers feel the cosmic caress of Almighty. The wishes of your kind heart can really be felt here, dear soul ~ "but even deeds in darkness done are by the angels seen" So true! And that ending! Wonderful ~ best wishes to you, always.

Great response to the line of inquiry. You have emphasized the eternal nature of Almighty God to perfection. And another point, well stated, is the screen of human minds and hearts which are determined to comprehend what God is all about - what He is up to within us…no matter how long it takes. A superb spiritual piece which takes more than one read to digest. Thumbs up.

There are many mysteries in life which we cannot understand. We need faith which is in itself light. Hugs.

"but even deeds in darkness done are by the angels seen." I do believe that. So, I wish to do deeds that are only suitable for the day. "Let yourselves not into the realm of darkness slide." Great warning. Well expressed!
