In Dormant Lie, She Angers

The kettle drums of nature lie dormant as they came
The chirping of winged wonders amidst the pouring rains
Soon the dawn will sigh, whilst a new day appears
The power of mother nature, us all we humans fear

I wrote this at 4am last Saturday morning. We had a Thunderstorm, and this little piece just flowed.

I agree. Love her and respect heer and she will nourish you. Fight her and she will kill you. Good job here. God Bless, JB

You have put a face upon nature herself, and she is not always kind or compliant. A mind of her own she has and always will. (ps...I do hope all is okay, James, I read your comment on my poem just now...and sorry if there is any troubles to overcome...hope not! Take care, lean on your friends if need be, and thank you always for your kindness. :)
