In Darwin's Eye
Dove symbols show belief
in what we can't see.
Look deeply into the
eye of science and see
what others don't see.
If the spirit speaks quietly
through minds faithfully,
this conscience of The Trinity
might just be found in infinity.
In 1860, Origin of Species
started a revolution
in scientific thought
against ancient myths,
a reflection on natural selection
that we call Evolution.
So what is in Darwin's eye -
dove symbol or a simple speck?
Hope. Hope to separate:
Fear from Folly
Fantasy from Fact
Bias from Belief
Think Theory Through
Human intellect can see the truth.
