In An Ideal Society

In an ideal society,
folks wouldn't smoke,
Youngsters would not indulge
in coke, and there wouldn't be
people who were gay,
but, in the real world
it is not that way,
and although many may think
that being gay is sinning,
Wouldn't it be better if
they legalized their feelings,
There would be less diseases
and promiscuity,
Living a close to "normal" life
creates sanctity,
God loves them despite their
preferences,
Who are ordinary folks to treat
them with indifferences.......?

Well I'm gay, and I like to think god made me the way I am. I tried to make it a choice, I have even made life thinking this is what god wanted of me, and in the end I was miserable. Why do people think gay people choose to be the way they feel? It's pretty obvious when you can't achieve an erection that you just don't like sex or your attracted to the same sex. Whatever the case gay people don't choose to be gay. When people have a problem with this it shows insecurity, I ? there preference
