'In all honesty'
   is rarely honest
Just as 'Sincerely'
   is seldom sincere

Yet still I've got to tell you
   In all honesty
I sincerely wish that you were here

A delicate little piece that has a gentle kick; sincerely is seldom used these days.

'Sincere' and 'genuine' have, indeed, fallen 'out of favor' -- perhaps because so many people are neither today. :) gw
