In a Blink

Up, up, away, as the two balloon wheels high, The wind is blowing them hard, to fly and be apart, But, the two sticks together, as they go up high, I think they are meant to be, soaring the blue sky… As I watch them flying slowly up there, I saw little children laughing and running together, They go after the balloon’s course, anywhere it may lay, They are so, so, me, recalling my childhood day… The noon becomes brighter and it's getting hotter, Oh! It’s the rays of the sun, striking me over, As my eyes grasp them again, after a blink of an eye Looking back at the balloon, and is now flying alone… … Because of the heat of the sun….
