Imminent Grief

IMMINENT GRIEF


Something is wrong?
What, not sure yet ...
Tears roll....
Emotions flare,
As they keep changing.

Danger and Doom
Play ping pong
On my time table.

Waiting, watching to see
Who loses this game.
I do not want to, nor do I
"must have to know"
more about this heavy gloom.

Something is wrong
What has yet to be revealed? ---
What Is troubling me?

I just know how gentle the wind feels
Right before the torrents of rain fall.
Ring phone, ring  !..

Tell me who has scored higher
In this game of table tennis...
I know how it feels.

When something is awry
I know just how it feels
When something is not right.

Suspense keeps creeping
up the back of my neck, making it stiff.
Just another way life plays tricks
On sensitive people's imminent grief.

Vicki Acquah Date: 6/27/2016 10:25:00 PM seems my gut was right.. 7 months later the final blow... my healthy only daughter Feb 6 2016 has made her transition. She leaves 3 children ages 8 through 21. Her name was Kai Wingo...google her name and see how wonderful she is. :cause of death ."FASTING", and she lost her potassium! What I thought was a rattle in my car for potholes, turns out to be transmission problems. Which means no help to get fixed up. Issue being now that I do not have a car. I thought I should sell it.
