Notes About The Poem
Bone Dragon Fractal Sculpture
Imagine Dragons Bones
A thousands lives I’ve lived,
10 lakh to be exact
It leaves an impression,
one that is to question
could it be under false pretenses?
a kind of twisty point of view
a perception of what is untruth
embracing devil’s deeds with good intentions
do it for worthier reprisal
releasing to the universe, Matter-of-Fact,
reflecting on fractals fractures
never to come back to earth,
the form the void the darkness
which mists the deep
as I can’t observe myself
life feels cheap
Sepia does not filter frivolous flaws
my own lips I can’t kiss
my own eyes I can’t see
no rigid lies, nor someone else’s whorls
upon these fingertips
there is no pity from the turning tide
when my heart breaks,
the cosmos rolls on
I’ve imagined dragons
drunk with distilled poison
draggin' nether wart lined Lchashen wagons
resistant to their God
whilst breathing fire
Tis sobering
It, a referral to an empty empire
a self-constructed dream theatre
looms, a homegrown
staircase spun of dragon’s bones
spine spiraling into a solely snail’s abyss
rippling through eternity slowly
its magic materializes
Clarity, I chase
its flames alive
crystal clear bonds with
an internal withdrawal
slipping deafening sense
recoiling the miracle of it all
loving freely without test
without trying to be significant
without earning but at play
without a script
on this day,
I shall not imagine
existence a cosmic contest
judged by a celestial magician
Once cradled in His heart,
now detached derailed
we’re wavering worlds apart
impermanence’s glossy glass
blurred by barriers
tasting freedom alas
vitals vividly resolve
a musician’s improvisation
I’ve surrendered to the dragons
I once appalled
