Imagination Is Questioning the Muse
Living precariously through another side of herself
Muse parades her newest ideas into the writer's brain stem
But wait! There is nothing else up there. Does this seem right?
Body pops a pill, hoping to conjure up something.
What are we trying to prove here? Imagination asks.
Piqued that Imagination is trying to goal set, Muse thinks a bit.
Then runs flat out in the direction of fantasy land,
Hoping to get a glimpse of the coyotes before she soars off the cliff.
