Imagination

I wanted my confidence to redeem
But I was lonely, even in my dream

Loneliness is the biggest threat
Imaginary companion, I had to create
People thought gone mad, talks to self
They knew nothing about the little elf

Getting late, she gave me the calm
Feeling pain, she applied the balm
If I got angry, she gave me peace
Every bread I ate, I shared a piece

I reached the summit and she vanished
Didn't find anyone and then I realized
The richest, the tallest and the biggest
All of them are the loneliest
