I'm writing you a love poem
One to call your very own
With how I feel about you in it
Before my love to you I give it
Like holding my heart in your hands
As you read what this poem says
Filled with special meaning
As to you I pour out my feelings
It's sure to blossom as it grows
This love poem that's your very own
Nothing will be left unsaid
In the love that this poem gives
This love poem that I'm writing
In perfect harmony and timing
The more I write the more I'm finding
Flows with love in its rhyming
I just wanted you to know
