I'M Only Lying

Forget me memories, for you are unkind. You simply won't let him escape my mind. I still love him, but not enough to let it show; I remember, it was over a year ago. Coming up those stairs, his smile was so kissable- From then on I knew my heart was takeable. He sat on his favorite chair, dazed and wide-eyed, Then at the park, he glanced at me, and sighed. He fixed his gaze and swiped the smile right off my face; He kissed me just once before a heartless girl was replaced. Though almost silent, he could excite me, in a way... He found me and fell in love with me that day. Forget me memories, for you make me recollect. I can't seem to lock away a secret. I continue to convince myself to let go... I cannot understand why I lie to myself though...
