I'M On Strike

I’m on strike

My muse refuse to write

She says I’m crazy

A dreamer and a lazy


You get it right

Don’t tell me what to do

Who says you know it all

Some mystic with a crystal ball


I’m on strike

Until we agree on what we write

Gone are the days of old

One rules and the other does as told


I'm on strike  

A solution we'll have to fight

Or my time is over with the pen

No more poems like we wrote back then


No more pretend

We're not acting like we're friends

Separated we're bound to lose

And be yesterday's tragic news... 


So until we agree to make it right

I'm on strike
