I'm Me

I am me, unapologetically, authentically true,
No pretenses, no façade, just a reflection of my soul anew.
I don't strive to be another, to mimic or to conform,
For I am precious, uniquely crafted, a masterpiece to transform.

I live my life, unbridled and free,
No pretentious masks, no artificial glee.
I don't live to please the crowd, or seek validation from afar,
For I am enough, just as I am, a work of art, a shining star.

I marvel at the way God designed me,
A symphony of perfection, a harmony of humanity.
My body, a temple, strong and resilient too,
My skin, a radiant glow, my health, a blessing to renew.

My smile, a reflection of joy, unfeigned and true,
My love, a gift from above, poured out, without a clue.
I'm not a wolf in sheep's clothing, hiding behind a disguise,
I'm genuine, transparent, with no hidden compromise.

I'd rather lose the world, than sacrifice my soul,
For what profit is there, in gaining all, yet losing control?
I'd rather be myself, authentic and real,
Than wear a mask, and pretend to feel.

I'll stand tall, unashamed, and unafraid,
For I am me, a masterpiece, uniquely made.
I'll live my life, with integrity and might,
And shine my light, with authenticity, and love's pure light.
