I'M Happy For You
When you’ve watched your calendar all year round
And heart marked the14th red and profound
But you can’t celebrate love that hasn’t been found
Just bow your head 90 degrees to the ground
The suffering in silence might surface a pain
That maybe you thought was hidden away
You’re forced to survive this momentous day
Go 90 and pray for the cover of rain
In times like these it often may seem
That spirits left broken should be redeemed
A test that pushes the eyes to extremes
If they well up, just look up 90 degrees
If the knees to the ground might buckle or sway
Or the eyes to the heavens couldn’t portray
The envy preventing the meeting halfway
90 degrees could help you convey
The green that only your eyes could betray
