I'M Finally Filled With Righteousness

I sang many songs that made no sense to me, they were the empty words of a distressed soul; I walked with a lowered head ignoring the beauty, too afraid to look up and face my guilt humbly: God was there, a step away from me! God was there, trying to embrace me! I'm finally filled with righteousness, not fearing the angry voices that mock me; they have lost their power over me! I'm finally filled with righteousness, night brings calmness and restfulness; I sleep and dream of heavenly visions until the brightness makes its way through and illuminates all roads that were dark; I find time to praise Him for waking up, instead of thanking luck!
