I have no issue with the form or rhyme, but I'm going to go now and quietly ponder Walnut Wag for a bit ... CayCay

It's a new term to me too, but more important is the fact that you can talk about this topic and draw people's attention to it. Sharing experiences can be of help to others. Hugs // paul

A lot of Celebs and Sports Personality's are to be seen wearing a Prostate Cancer Badge nowadays in the UK. they are also members of (including myself) a growing movement called 'Men United.com'. Google it.

Wives And Girlfriends of a group of Men are collectively known as 'WAGS'. This term originated in the Main stream Media from them being the partners of Celebs. The male Prostate is about the size and shape of a Walnut. Hence the non derogatory but humorous term 'Walnut Wag' is associated with the partners of Men who have been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. Their ongoing support is invaluable and I have nothing but praise for them. (errmm, I mean the Wags - not the dodgy Walnuts.)

My husband's cancer surgery was what started my poetry journey Eric - I can't believe how much writing has helped me over the last 2 years which have been the worst times of my life. Hugs Jan xx

Way To Go Jan. Maybe one day, we men might get our heads out of the sand where seeing a Doctor (about anything) is concerned. You 'Walnut Wags' are our driving force by your nagging, cajoling and even Blackmailing us to book an appointment. Well done.
