Illicit Temptations

When my eyes stop at a ring
on your finger
I wonder why this feeling
even stronger
I know for sure you're taken
Though my heart's not
broken, you've caught me in
your prison

Look at those eyes, intensely
stroking my heart
And those lips, offering
heating kiss
The closer you are, I smile a
nectar
You say your name, only
your sexy voice I can hear
I gaze your face, your neck is
on my trace

You invite yourself to my place
I definitely shall be whipped,
if I tried to resist
Then all of a sudden, your
ring touches my cheek
It is cold and rings my
conscience
As alluring your illicit
temptations are
I'd never scratch other
woman's heart

I just love how you cooled the passion and thought about the "other woman" at the end. VEry commendable and made for a great message.

oh, how sometimes we get tempted to touch what does not belong to us. certainly this is human, but your poem rings out a message: restrain! good piece of work,Dinda.
