I'Ll Wait

I have to be honest with you
I've  been feeling you ever since I've laid my eyes upon your lovely smile. 
Can of shy to make my approach
So I've decided that I'll wait.
Because I know one day that opportunity would present itself
Plus what I was feeling at that time 
It was better for my health to wait
I'm  a firm believer that good things come to those you wait
So I did just that.....
I wanted until the time was right to even say hello...
You may not remember but we've worked together. 
I did all that I could to visit you area a lot
Just to see you smile
And until this day I've never forgot
The first time I've seen an angel smile 
A smile.that was so big, beautiful, and bright
That it would shine threw clouds 
But still I had to wait...
Because there was another who loved you 
So at that moment i knew that was nothing that i could do or say
Plus I saw he didn't understand 
the lovely soul that he had in you
So waiting at the time was the safest thing to do
Years went by and when I seen you again
I promised myself not to let you get away from me
Even if that means that you would only be my friend
Real Talks here and there brought us a little close
I was cool with that....
We even shared a few good moments, and even found a few things in common
and a surprise kiss 
remember that......
But once again someone else came along
and swiped you off of your feet
The conversation that we had the day before your wedding made my heart weak
Because you became someone elses wife
But you can rest ashore that do whatever I have to do to have you no matter what it takes
Because you are worth it
So I'll Wait....
