I'Ll Rise Like the Phoenix
Let the sparks set alight
Like vultures they will come swarming
Let the flames burn my flesh
With every ill word, the fire will burn brighter
Let the heat turn me to ashes
Every piece of hatred will send me falling
Though like a phoenix I’ll rise
Whenever I’m surrounded by the roaring flames
I’ll always break free
With each passing day I’ll grow
And with each passing day I’ll get stronger
Like the phoenix I’ll be immortal
And I too will be invincible
I’ll never fade
I’ll rise...
