i’ll pretend i don’t care
i don’t know how i’ll manage
but somehow i will
i always do

i’ll somehow be on my way
and put all this behind
the betrayal 
the disappointment

it’s not what you did
it’s what you didn’t do

the deafening silence in the night
the tsunami rolling in
damage untold until 
the tides finally recede

ahhh....what have we here? a budding Romantic...yes i know this is a loss but therein is a wealth waiting for the next phase where your quill will launch...i am looking forward to more....i am also a Romantic....keep at it, you have it
